Pregnancy Hack that you can’t ignore

Something I suggest to all of my mummies when they are pregnant is to create an “everyday emergency pregnancy bag.” Having a bag full of everything you could possibly need when pregnant can help you feel so much more relaxed! Here’s what you need to pack in it:⠀⠀
🤢 disposable sick bags (the type you find on aeroplanes!) Perfect for if morning sickness strikes at random moments! You can buy them on amazon!⠀⠀
🍬 snacks - being pregnant can be tiring and so having a few sugary snacks to hand can be a lifesaver.⠀⠀
💨 gaviscon tablets for when you have heartburn!⠀⠀
🍭 ginger - this could be in any form A ginger tea, ginger sweet, an actual piece of ginger! As we know ginger is amazing for sickness⠀⠀
📚 your medical notes just incase something happens and you needs to go to hospital ⠀⠀
👃 Lavender pulse point balm - this is brilliant as the smell of lavender calms you so whenever you are feeling stressed, just put it on your pulse points⠀⠀
