Services Offered by The Mummy Concierge  

The below explains the services that The Mummy Concierge can help you with in the lead up to having your baby and beyond.. Should there be anything else you wish to get help with, that is not on the list,  then please let Tiffany know.

Throughout Pregnancy

·       Advice on what baby products and brands to buy   

·       Private hospital and obstetrician recommendations (UK only)

·       Month by month maternity plan - what to do and when

·       Nursery planning and decor

·       What to pack in your hospital bag

·       Hiring a Maternity Nurse/Night Nanny/Nanny

·       Pregnancy Events – Pregnancy Photoshoots/ Pregnancy announcements/ Gender reveals

·       Babymoon planning

Beyond Birth

·       Recommendations for parenting experts (Eg Breastfeeding experts, Formula Feeding,  Colic, Multiples,  Sleep Trainers, Weaning Experts,  Potty trainers etc)

·       Guidance on  age appropriate toys/gifts

·       Travelling abroad with a Little One (holiday recommendations etc)

·       Nursery school and Private School choices 

·       Hiring a Nanny/Night Nurse/Maternity Nurse

·       Childproofing

·       Children’s Life Events (Christenings, First Birthdays etc)

Fees

The Mummy Concierge charges an Hourly Rate of £120.00 for  all of her services.  This will be invoiced in 5 hourly blocks. At the end of each 5 hour block, Tiffany will send an invoice and full timesheet. 

Additional fees are outlined below, dependent on services required:

Maternity Nurse/Night Nanny/Nanny Search

The Mummy Concierge shall endeavour to find you a maternity nurse/Nanny as per your requirements. She shall initially reach out to her own network of contacts and then will approach reputable agencies who she trusts and works with. The placement fees are outlined below

Additional Placement Fees:

·      Maternity Nurse

o   If the Maternity Nurse placed came directly from The Mummy Concierge, not from an agency, then a placement fee will be charge as outlined below on top of The Mummy Concierge’s Hourly Rate. One the maternity nurse has started with the family, this agency fee is non refundable.

 £95.00 for each week booked +VAT within the UK Min Fee of £35 + VAT
120 for each week booked + VAT within the E.E.C 120 for each week booked outside the E.E.C

·      Night Nannies

o   £20 plus VAT per night booked

If the Maternity Nurse/Night Nanny placed came via an agency, then the agency fee would be paid directly by the client to the agent. The Client will be notified in advance what the agency fee is. There would be no further fee due to The Mummy Concierge beyond the Hourly Rate.

·      Nanny:

o   If the Nanny placed came directly from The Mummy Concierge, not from an agency, then a placement fee of 20% +VAT (if applicable) of Gross Annual Salary would be charged to the Client by The Mummy Concierge on top of the Hourly Rate. There would be no further fee due to any agency. Once the Nanny has signed the contract with the family this agency fee is non refundable. Should a nanny be granted a trial period of more than 1 week, then there will be a placement fee for The Mummy Concierge of £200 per week of her trail. You must also discuss with the nanny the amount she can be expected to be paid at this time.

o   If the Nanny placed came via an agency, then the agency fee would be paid directly by the client to the agent. The Client will be notified in advance what the agency fee is. There would be no further fee due to The Mummy Concierge beyond the Hourly Rate.

For any other services that might not be listed above (Eg more personal/Unique requests), Tiffany will outline in advance if there are any extra fees associated.
