There are lots of no brainers when it comes to what to buy for your baby. Car seat ☑️ Pram ☑️ Moses basket ☑️⠀⠀

But what about those other overlooked items that are literally going to be LIFESAVERS! Here’s my list.⠀⠀

1. A waterproof mattress protector - this fits under tour cot sheet making a barrier between the mattress and any baby wee from a leaking nappy!⠀⠀
.⠀⠀
2. Baby sizes hangers - you’ve just bought a whole load of baby clothes, so now you need something (the right size!) to hang them on! Adult sized hangers just don’t work.⠀⠀

3. A back seat mirror for your car - this handy mirror attached to the headrest of your back car seat (facing your baby in their car seat) so that you can see them whilst driving.⠀⠀

4. An easy to use swaddle - I love @superlovemerino for their newborn swaddle sleeping bag which just zips up without any stress.⠀⠀

5. A cool mist humidifier for when your baby gets their first cold.⠀⠀

6. Storage boxes - babies grow out of clothes VERY quickly so it’s a great idea to have some storage boxes on standby so you can tidy them away. Remember to label the boxes with what age the clothes inside are for, so that if you have another baby it’s easy to find what you need.⠀⠀
